How do I know my money reaches the NGO?+
Every dollar flows through LegitGood's milestone-based disbursement system. NGOs receive funds only after meeting pre-agreed milestones, and every transaction is recorded on the Donor Dashboard.
Can I specify which programme my donation supports?+
Yes. Each verified NGO lists the specific programmes, projects, or impact areas open for funding. You can direct your contribution to any of them at checkout.
What's the difference between a cash gift and in-kind giving?+
Cash gifts flow through LegitGood to the NGO's treasury. In-kind giving is non-cash support – mentorship, media, services, space, or technology – coordinated through The Luminary Project directly.
