The Well Woman Initiative is a project dedicated to supporting women and girls across Nigeria who lack access to basic health care and information. In many of our communities, especially in rural areas, girls struggle to manage their periods with dignity, and women often face health challenges because they don't have the right facts or resources. We bridge these gaps by going directly into schools and neighborhoods to host health workshops and distribute essential supplies like pads and hygiene kits.

It's not just about giving things away; it's about breaking the silence around women's bodies and fighting the stigma that holds us back. By working with local volunteers and health workers, we make sure our support is practical and respectful. Our goal is to empower every girl and woman to feel confident and healthy so they can stay in school, go to work, and reach their full potential.
